Scholarship Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND D.C., 18+, EXCEPT RHODE ISLAND. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. The AXIOM 512 Scholarship Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Dent's Vending LLC, doing business as AXIOM 512, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, except Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Owners, members, and employees of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Arizona time (MST) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Arizona time (MST) on December 15, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper for purchase entries. Orders placed before the Entry Period begins are not eligible.
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter. Every entry, however received, has the same chance of being selected.

Purchase Entry. Each completed and paid order placed at axiom512.com during the Entry Period receives one (1) entry, regardless of the number of items or the order total. Entries are counted per order, not per item. An order that is fully refunded, canceled, or charged back before the drawing will have its entry removed.

Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary). Hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3.5 x 5 inch postcard and mail it to: AXIOM 512 Scholarship Giveaway, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before December 15, 2026 and received on or before December 22, 2026. Each postcard mailed separately receives one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, or postage-due entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for postal delays.
5. Prizes. Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a one-year Standard membership in the Inspiring Philosophy Academy online community, which Sponsor will purchase on the winner's behalf. Approximate retail value: $275 per prize, $825 total. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Each winner must create their own account and accept the community's and its platform's terms of service to use the membership. Limit one prize per person. Inspiring Philosophy Academy and Skool are not sponsors of, and do not endorse or administer, this Giveaway; all trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Winner Selection. On or about December 31, 2026, Sponsor will select three (3) winners in a random drawing from all eligible purchase and mail-in entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days after the drawing. A winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt and may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing. If a winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will arrange each membership within sixty (60) days after the winner's eligibility is confirmed.
8. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 only where required by law.
9. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects the fairness or administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it, and may award prizes from eligible entries received before the event. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
10. Release. By accepting a prize, each winner releases Sponsor and its members from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Social Media Platforms. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, YouTube, or Pinterest. By entering, each entrant releases those platforms from any liability connected with the Giveaway. No follow, like, share, tag, or post is required to enter.
12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used only to administer this Giveaway and is not sold to third parties. See the Privacy Policy at axiom512.com/pages/privacy-policy.
13. Winners List. For the first names and states of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope marked "Winners List" to the Sponsor address above, to be received by January 31, 2027.
